Our range of products comprises mid-sized to large calling systems with LED technology displays (VISTRA 2000), with bistable display technology (SIRAS) Small-sized systems (VISTRA 1000).
Description of functions Tag printer
The tag printer is a device with an integrated thermal printer and paper cutter. This enables you to print out individualized tags according to subject area: 1-32 different tags (VISTRA 2000) or 1-16 different tags (SIRAS). The visitor receives a tag upon pressing a button with a waiting number printed on it and additional information. The employee operating terminal shows when a tag is issued and when the device runs out of paper.

The electromechanical tag distributor clips off pre-printed tags from a roll at the pressing of a button.
Operating terminals also show when a tag is issued.
Operating terminal
Operating terminals control the entire processing sequence. A terminal has a display and a membrane keyboard with a number keypad and various function keys. Convenient menu control makes it easy to carry out numerous functions – eg,
- calling the next number 'in line'
- calling a number directly via number keypad
- recalling a number
- putting a number back into line
- saving a number
- blocking the tag printer
- deleting numbers
- transferring numbers to a different group
- statistical function
All called functions are displayed on the 16 digit LCD display with background lighting. In addition, the number of those still waiting and the time are shown.
An emergency call button and a parallel button can be hooked up via outlet.
One option is hooking up a workstation lamp at the operator terminal.
Display panels
The product program comprises numerous model versions ranging from the small 3 digit numerical display to the large multi-line display with 4 digit tag and room numbers.
Each digit is a 7-segment display. These are 100 mm in size. Display colors are red or yellow. Visual and acoustic signals indicate when new information appears on the display.
